What is PerfectPotluck.com?
PerfectPotluck.com is a free online tool for coordinating meals for groups. A potluck coordinator creates a customized online sign up sheet that makes it easy for friends and family to take part. In just a few minutes, requested food items, phone numbers, driving directions and any other helpful details can be shared with everyone involved.
Is PerfectPotluck.com a free service?
Yes! Feel free to use it often, and tell your family, friends and co-workers about it. It is absolutely free!

As a meal coordinator, what do I do if people are still calling me instead of using the website?
Not everyone will want to, or be comfortable using, the website. If you get a call, just open your sign up sheet, log in as coordinator, and sign that person up. The sheet stays up to date for everyone.
Will meal participants be reminded of the upcoming group meal?
Yes. Anyone who enters an email address when they sign up receives a reminder before the group meal (two days before, unless the coordinator changes it in Settings).
What emails should each person involved in the group meal expect to receive?
The coordinator receives a confirmation email with the link and potluck password. Participants receive a “you’re signed up” confirmation and a reminder before the meal. Invitations and updates are only sent when the coordinator sends them.
The dates (or other information) I originally entered for the group meal are now incorrect. Help!
No problem at all! Open your sign up sheet, log in under “Are you the coordinator?”, choose “Edit details & categories,” make your changes and tap “Save changes.”
Oops, I seem to have forgotten my administrative password. Should I set up a new account?
No need. Try your password on the sign up sheet. If it’s not right, you’ll be offered a link to reset it by email.
